ATTY. REGIDOR PONFERRADA is a lawyer and an industrial engineer with several years of relevant work experience. As an industrial engineer, he worked briefly for Nestle Philippines, Inc.’s Supply Chain Management Division before dedicating himself to the practice of the legal profession, specializing in criminal and civil litigation.
He is a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, wherein he was a member of The Order of the Purple Feather Honor Society, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, which he obtained from the same university as a full scholar of the Department of Science and Technology.

- Acted as counsel in stockholder disputes involving billions of pesos in corporate assets.
- Represented the Taguig Police Station in a successful defense of a public interest suit
- Represented several public officials successfully at the Office of the Ombudsman.

- Pioneer in the field of animal rights as the sole legal counsel of the largest chain of veterinary clinics in the country.
- Successfully represented landowners in a multi-million peso expropriations case against a local government unit.
- Previously served as Alternate Director at the Social Housing Finance Corporation under the Chairmanship of former Vice President Jejomar C. Binay.
- Previously served as Senior Lecturer II at the University of the Philippines – National College of Public Administration and Governance, lecturing on Ethics and Accountability in the Public Service.

ATTY. ROBERT TY is one of the Founding Partners of the Firm. He is the Vice President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Manila III Chapter, one of the youngest to have been elected by his peers in the profession. He is also a former member of the Editorial Board of the prestigious Philippine Law Journal and a member of the Philippine Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Atty. Ty holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in History from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Relevant Experience
- Represented several entities in financing & merger and acquisition deals with an aggregate amount of Php1 billion.
- In particular, acted as sole adviser for the acquisition of Filipino startups with an aggregate value of Php500 million.
- Acted a counsel for two publicly listed companies in the registration and sale of follow-on offering of shares in the Philippine Stock Exchange with an aggregate amount of Php5 billion.
- Acted as counsel for successful acquisitions of logistics companies.
- Acted as legal counsel for corporate financing dispute resolution for construction, design & architecture firms.
- Became Business Financing Counsel for technical and vocational schools and helped in their management and operation.
- Handled from start to finish the acquisition of high-value properties in Metro Manila, from due diligence to eviction.
- Represented Mindanao Terminal Brokerage, Inc. in the sale of its dock and foreshore leasehold rights to La Filipina Uy Gongco.

ATTY. WIVINO E. BRACERO, II is an experienced corporate lawyer with vast experience in the public affairs, entertainment, and advertising industry. This stems from his previous work at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines Inc. (formerly Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc.) where he handled sales and marketing contracts.
Atty. Bracero earned his Bachelor's of Laws degree at the University of Santo Tomas and his Bachelor's of Arts Major in History at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

- Advises clients on celebrity endorsement contracts and outdoor advertisement agreements.

GLENN B. REALO

ATTY. GLENN B. REALO heads the International Transactions Department of the Firm, having had extensive experience in advising foreign companies on commercial business-to-business transactions and business-to-client transactions, especially in the Middle East.
As the former Deputy City Administrator of Taguig City, Atty. Realo has provided advice and assistance to international companies in the fields of telecommunications, infrastructure, banking and finance, construction, building management, information technology, design consultancy, and logistics, just to name a few. He is currently a member of the faculty of The ONE School in Makati City where he teaches various business law subjects.
Atty. Realo was educated in prestigious institutions abroad such as: the University of San Diego, where he took up International Comparative Law; Barcelona, Spain where he earned a degree in International Contracts; and London, United Kingdom, where he also earned a degree in both International Business Transactions and International Entertainment Law

- Acts as legal counsel for Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited, where he negotiates with various international clients mainly in Dubai and Qatar on the contract terms and conditions; provides advice on minimizing risk exposure; assists business in labor-related procedures; and conducts training on anti-bribery policies.

JENNETTE D. ROBINO

ATTY. JENNETTE D. ROBINO is the head of the Infrastructure and Aviation Department of the Firm.
She is the former Chief Legal Counsel for a leading Southeast Asian international carrier where she proved herself more than capable of leading key negotiations, handling complex projects including importation of essential machinery and equipment, coordinating with regional management and appearing as the Airline’s representative in regulatory hearings.
Atty. Robino earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Sto. Tomas. She then pursued law and earned a Bachelor's of Law Degree from San Beda University College of Law, Mendiola.

- Represented companies in dealings with the government particularly the Civil Aeronautics Board, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Department of Finance, Bureau of Customs.
- Appointed as the Assistant Corporate Secretary of a leading Southeast Asian International carrier and its subsidiaries;
- Appointed as the Data Protection Officer of a leading Southeast Asian International carrier and its subsidiaries.
